Errors
Coupon Code Applied but Payment Summary does not reflect the Discount
If the coupon code applies to your cart successfully but does not subtract anything from your cart, clear your temporary internet files (cache) and clear your cookies and close your internet browser, check your task manager to ensure its not running, open your internet browser.
Coupon Code Applied but the Invoice does not reflect the Discount
Email the team over at Bodybuilding.com (service@bodybuilding.com) they usually reply within 1-2 hours and they will either refund the discount difference (10%) back to your PayPal account (5 business days) or they will provide you with a credit on your account. I usually just ask for them to give me a credit otherwise I'll probably forget about the refund. If they wont credit/refund the 10% difference, stand your ground and demand the 10% refund or you will cancel your order and if they wont give it to you, just cancel your order. Don't make their life hard, just try and get your point across, at the end of the day, they're just doing their job.
